FRAMMENTI DI DURATA
FRAMMENTI DI DURATA
Text

Through site-specific, sculptural, and performative interventions, the practices of Ludovica Carbotta and Jacopo Benassi, while developing along distinct languages, converge on the idea of the artwork as an open process capable of transforming over time. Ludovica Carbotta, whose work has been presented in international contexts such as the Venice Biennale and the Fundació Joan Miró, develops a research on the relationships between the individual and space, investigating the processes of construction, perception, and habitation of places. Jacopo Benassi, protagonist of exhibitions at institutions such as the Tate Modern, Palais de Tokyo, Fondation Vincent van Gogh, and Palazzo Reale in Genoa, crosses through photography, performance, and music, making the contamination between languages the core of his practice.

We are pleased to invite you to the opening of the exhibition “Frammenti di durata”, curated by Maria Chiara Valacchi with creative direction by Diana Berti, promoted by Fondazione Bosca ETS. The project features a site-specific intervention by Ludovica Carbotta and a performance by Jacopo Benassi.
